WHO I AM AND WHAT I DO

I am an Intuitive Reiki Master and Spiritual Life Coach with over 10 years of helping others to heal physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually. I use crystals in my Reiki practice because they have a beautiful vibrational energy, and when placed on or near your chakra centers, your body's energy may begin to mimic theirs, therefore allowing your Chakras to flow the way they are meant to. My intention is to work with you to get you to a healthier state of mind and body at the root cause. 

I absolutely love helping people and feel guided to do so as a Reiki Master under the teachings passed down by Mikao Usui. I am also certified in Animal Reiki, Crystal Reiki, Energy Healing, Chakra Healing, and Spiritual Life Coaching.

What is Reiki? It is a form of Japanese energy healing where Rei means spiritual wisdom or universal, and Ki means life energy. It reduces stress and anxiety, promotes relaxation and gives mental clarity, all while healing our bodies as well. 

What are Chakras?

It means "wheel" in Sanskrit and refers to energy points in your body. Chakras should have a smooth flow. When they are blocked or too open this can create imbalance and discomfort in our physical, emotional and mental energies. I help clear these energy wheels through Reiki, crystals, crystal singing bowls, drumming and intuitive aura and pranic energy healing. 

During the session you will lay fully clothed on a massage table listening to meditation music while I lay my hands lightly on or near your body to direct the energy where it is needed to promote the healing.
