I am a Reiki Master and certified Spiritual Life Coach with over 10 years of helping others to heal. Would you like to embody a different level of empowerment? Develop practical tools to enhance your life and make real, lasting changes? Working with me is not about me giving you gifts, but about helping you to tap into the gifts you already have within yourself.
Through Reiki and coaching sessions, we will focus on healing the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional layers. This will help you bring balance into the way you navigate life, therefore creating a more sustainable and efficient approach to achieving your goals.
Ready to feel the freedom from what has been blocking you from moving ahead in life, love and emotional balance?
This package consists of 4 sessions spread out within 1 month. The first session will be about an hour long Reiki session where I will check your chakras to see where you may be out of balance. We will then go over some actions you can take in the next week to center these areas. The next week will be a life coaching meeting (done in person or on zoom), where we will go over what has come up for you. I will work with you on where your struggles are and guide you through some further action and healing that we can work on together in the next week. You will come back for another Reiki session in the 3rd week to heal the next layer of energy that is showing itself, helping to create a flow of beauty and balance during your healing journey. We will follow it up in the 4th week with a final coaching session, allowing you to see the growth that has happened in the last month and to check in about any questions you may have moving forward.
I will utilize tools that I have implemented in my own life over the last 10 years. This journey together will not be about me healing you, but rather me opening you up to heal yourself! I come from a place of my own battles and low points and so the tools I have for you come from my own experience of them working. I wanted to create this package to offer you a more well-rounded option to healing.
